The Green Dragon, a cafe in the basement of Sibley Hall, designed and run by architecture students, opened in 1961.
Computer Lab
In 1974 the Computer Graphics Research Center, supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation, opened in Rand Hall under the directorship of Donald Greenberg. Now computers are ubiquitous in all aspects of the College’s programs. Today Students have twenty-four-hour access to new instructional and academic computing facilities, with state-of-the-art computers and software for computer design, graphics, modeling, and desktop publishing.
