At ceremonies Monday afternoon in the Tompkins County Courthouse former Indonesians Mr. and Mrs. Giok Po Oey, 165 Graham Rd., became naturalized citizens of the U.S. and are shown receiving mementoes of the event from members of the Elks Lodge and a court official.
