The Andrew Dickson White Library has been called one of the country’s most beautiful libraries, and is certainly one of the most sought-after places to study at Cornell. Ever since it opened in 1891, the “President White Library” has held a special place in the hearts of Cornellians as the awe-inspiring highlight of the University’s historic library building.
